The challenge…
Pencoose Festival have driven great organic growth since their debut festival. Having supported them since 2023, they asked us to help them reach the next level and take their brand forward to reach wider audiences. They were looking for a range of assets including merchandise, social media creatives and strategy, paid social ads and a festival lineup poster. They were looking to maintain their distinct home grown Cornish reputation, but asked us to make adjustments to maximise the impact and reach for 2025.
What we delivered…
After a range of initial concepts we helped them develop an adjusted brand style for 2025 that would capture attention and stop people from scrolling on social media. We created a rough and modern homegrown style that leveraged the brand they had worked hard to build alongside their Cornish heritage. Delivering a range of social creatives, new merchandise and a bespoke growth strategy, we helped them deliver and achieve their biggest year yet with a 27% growth in attendees.
